Nurtured by third generation coffee farmers, Honey Farm Estate has been producing excellent quality coffee since its origins in 1908. Honey Farm Estate got its name in 1908 from the wild honeybees that build their hives every year on the massive branches of a giant silk cotton tree (Bombax ceiba). The bees help pollinate the coffee flowers. The pollinated coffee blossoms develop into coffee beans, which then go to make your perfect cup of coffee. The tree with the wild honeybee hives still stands to this day, majestically towering over the forest tree canopy under which our coffees are grown!
